Sage Wellness Covid Office Protocols (updated 5/5/23) :
We have reached a milestone in our path of the COVID-19 pandemic. Effective 5/5/23 masks are currently not required, but encouraged for visitors and clients of Sage Wellness . Per CDC and MDH recommendations,if the county transmission rates are low to substantial, masks are encouraged but not mandatory. If the county transmission rates are high, masks will be required. Moving forward, I will continue monitoring the county transmission rates. As long as the transmission rates remain between low to substantial, masks will be optional. If the transmission rates move to high, There will be a sign on the door to indicate the masking requirement with masks available at the door when entering the building.
Safety and integrity are of utmost importance to us so that all can be well. We appreciate your patience while we navigate this change. Please let me know of any questions or concerns you may have at this time.
Additional Safety Information
*We continue to be an Appointment Only Business - Unless otherwise set up, there are NO WALK INs even for Product Pick Ups. All services and meetings can be pre-scheduled online.
*Unless necessary, please do not bring anyone with you to your appt.
• When you arrive at the office, please enter no more than 5 min prior to your appt time. This ensures that we have minimal clients in the reception area at one time. Pls call or text 507-319-0510 to see if it is an option to enter the office early.
• We will ask you if you have developed any symptoms of illness.
If you feel ill on the day of your session, there is no penalty for canceling your appointment. Massage is not advised if you have any symptoms of illness.
• If you desire to mask, please do! Please bring a face mask to wear while you are in the building, and during your service. We do have spares if you don't have one.
*Your therapist will be wearing appropriate PPE for the situation and your type of service. If you prefer your Therapist be masked, just ask!
• We ask that you agree to the following before making an appt. -
“I understand that close contact with people increases the risk of infection from COVID-19. I acknowledge that I am aware of the risks involved and by making an appt at Sage Wellness, I give consent to receive a treatment from a Sage Wellness practitioner.”
• You will find hand sanitizer in the reception area and other places in the office for you to use as needed.
*All of our appt's have extra cleaning time built in in between clients so that tables, treatment rooms, floors, office and lobby can be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between clients. Air will also be specially filtered thru our Molecule Air System in the treatment room.
We look forward to seeing you and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every client, safe in our practice.
We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming you to a safe, therapeutic, healing environment.
The Sage Wellness Staff
We watch wastewater data and local infection numbers continuously for all illnesses of concern.
If we feel the risks are ever more than what our mitigation levels can handle for an outbreak of any type, we will close the office for a time until numbers are safe and stable. Otherwise we absolutely want and encourage all clients to weigh and choose all their life activities based on their own risk assessment.
As with any time, if you are feeling ill in any way, running a fever, have swollen lymph nodes, developed a rash or have unexplained fatigue - please consult your primary care provider, take the appropriate tests and reschedule your Appt. when it is safe for you to do so.
Also, let us know if you are ill. We care and want to make sure you are doing ok!
Thank you for your attention to these protocols and for helping us keep our staff, clients, and community safe.
